British Airways Holidays – Create House

BSE|Controls have recently been asked to attend site to assist in the upgrade of controls for the new British Airways Holidays office at Create House in Crawley.

The project consisted of several stages…

• Several FCU’s were moved to facilitate the partitioning of the new office space. These were required to be added back to the existing network.
• New combined space temperature sensors and setpoint adjusters were installed to all partitioned offices to give room occupants the flexibility to change room temperatures without having to contact facilities.
• The new network was tested for integrity. Ensuring all moved units were now reading correct values and had all required control.
• Existing graphical interfaces were updated to match the new office plan.

Once complete all FCU’s on the floor were commissioned to ensure the BEMS was fully optimised to provide optimal comfort and performance.
