HiTek Power Ltd (Advanced Energy)

As part of our ongoing commitment to efficiency, sustainability, and optimal operations, the Building Energy Management System (BEMS) at the HiTek Power Ltd has undergone significant enhancements and maintenance.

Our first stage of this was design, install and commissioning of a new control panel and controls to optimise their newly installed boiler plant. The new BEMS system was installed and commissioned while working with the staff on site to ensure it met their specific needs. This included things such as weather compensation, boiler staging and fault changeovers to ensure maximum efficiency while keeping plant operating during required times.

Soon after, a new air handling unit was installed which required integrating through BACnet communications. This was integrated onto the existing BEMS system while ensuring no downtime of any existing plant. Once again working closely with HiTek Power we were able to ensure they had the control they required. In this instance, they specified they wanted speed control over the fans in relation to the CO2.
